This is a quick snack using or a super easy holiday appetizer cut into bite size morsels.
- crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 small bunch Spinach leaves
- garlic cloves crushed
- Italian Loaf cut length wise
- edible gardens Date and Cherry Balsamic Spread
Wilt the spinach leaves on a hot skillet with garlic cloves and a splash of edible gardens Basil Oil.
Spread a thin layer of edible gardens Date and Cherry balsamic Spread on the Italian Loaf.
Top with the wilted spinach.
Add a layer of crumbled Blue Cheese and slid under the grill until melted.
Cut into bite size pieces for a party appetizer,or serve as a full open face sandwich for a delicious quick lunch.
