Strawberry Walnut Vinaigrette
This is a highlight on wild greens, arugala or spinach. I toss in crumbled goats cheese and pecans for a special luncheon salad..or cold shrimp for a summer meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Balsamic
- 2 tablespoons shallots
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup very finely chopped walnuts
- 5 tablespoons Rosemary Oil
Instructions
Mix ingredients in an old mason jar..screw on lid and shake. Easy to refrigerate this way too.
Drizzle on wild greens, toss on nuts (feta or shrimp ) and serve.
